企業(yè)模式，實(shí)踐教學(xué)，在這里是實(shí)實(shí)在在的行動(dòng)，九元學(xué)校沒有課桌，老師講課完全1：1比例，就象在制衣廠的板房工作一樣，學(xué)校免費(fèi)提供面料，學(xué)生做出紙樣，馬上用面料做出來(lái)，直接看效果，立即根據(jù)穿著的效果進(jìn)行弊病補(bǔ)正。
在這里，除了保證質(zhì)量，更要體現(xiàn)速度，一定要有時(shí)間觀念，必須在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，做完要求的作業(yè)，這就要求速度一定要快，否則不熟練，難以進(jìn)廠，所以在這里學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生始終繃緊一根弦，就是要練就過(guò)硬的本領(lǐng)。
在這里，學(xué)習(xí)氣氛是熱烈的，老師、學(xué)生不分你我，只有一個(gè)目的就是學(xué)好技術(shù)，有時(shí)為了一個(gè)問(wèn)題，討論的相當(dāng)激烈。
為了更加保證學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量，九元學(xué)校隨時(shí)根據(jù)企業(yè)情況進(jìn)行設(shè)備的更新?lián)Q代，如機(jī)修班由原來(lái)的機(jī)械車，慢慢的被電腦車取代，用新車教學(xué)，如電腦打棗車，電腦紐門車，電腦平車等；服裝CAD是真正的企業(yè)版，完全有1：1比例的輸入輸出設(shè)備，如數(shù)化板的輸入，繪圖機(jī)麥架的輸出，刻板機(jī)硬紙樣的輸出，完全按照企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況教學(xué)。
在九元學(xué)校，考試不過(guò)關(guān)是沒有辦法畢業(yè)的，一切都是來(lái)真的，所以企業(yè)化訓(xùn)練，軍事化管理不是虛話，是真槍實(shí)彈。
