英語會(huì)議策劃對話,會(huì)議策劃不是簡單的PPT的堆砌,而必須是根據(jù)會(huì)議的目的借助一定的科學(xué)方法和藝術(shù),為決策、計(jì)劃而構(gòu)思、會(huì)議策劃設(shè)計(jì)、制作策劃方案以達(dá)到終的會(huì)議效果,好的會(huì)議策劃,一定是對具體的執(zhí)行方案有深入的思考,具有可行性;一定是在某些方面有突破,有新意、有創(chuàng)意才行。
Planning the Meetings
Ms Fang, the experienced and proficient secretary, is asking Miss Wang, a junior secretary, whether she has prepared well for the meeting.

A: Miss Wang, the monthly executive committee meeting is scheduled for next week. Were the members notified?
B: Yes. I consulted the by-law a few days ago, and I have given the committee members a formal notice of the meeting by telephone.

A: Is the room ready?
B: Yes. I've put the minute book and some spare copies of the agenda on the table. Paper and pencils have been laid by their name cards on the conference table for each attendant.

A: Thank you. You will be personally responsible for making sure that the board room is ready. Remember to check that there are enough chairs, that the heating and lighting are OK, and that water and glasses are available. How about the microphones and speakers?
B: I have prepared them already.

A: Have you consulted with the committee chairman? Also,do you know that all the papers to be discussed are put into this folder? There are also copies of the notices of the meeting, a list of members of the group, and drafts of resolutions.
B: Yes. All of them are done, and the agenda is prepared. By the way, does everybody get a copy?

A: Yes, after I drew them up and the chairman approved them,we circulate them to all the directors. They can not be altered then.
B: That is important.

A: Make sure that there are enough pencils and paper, and also spare copies of the agendas in case anyone has left them behind.
B: I see. Anymore?
?
A: You need draw up a seating plan and give each person a number. That will be a help to make the meeting smoothly organized. What's more, you need to assist me to make minutes, which must be accurate.
B: Should I write down every word that everyone says?

A: You just make a note of the topics that are discussed and the result of the discussion.
B: Should I type out the minutes from the notes?
?
A: Yes.
B: OK, I will try my best to carry out the detailed preparation.
A: Good.
